This is a soft bread that’s not too sweet and something I can spread some peanut butter over as a snack for when I’m too depressed and procrastinate too much. It’s more savoury than sweet to be honest and it’s like a cloud on the inside and crunchy on the outside.

Soft, pillowy, and perfect for scooping up curry. This small-batch vegan naan recipe makes two generously sized naan without dairy or eggs.

I fell in love with this bread on my student exchange trip in Dublin, specifically this one. I give props to the sweet lady whose place I was staying at that gave me the recipe for it. I’ll never forget that stay.
