Naan Pizza

A soft light tomato and cheese pizza that fills you up without feeling heavy afterwards.


Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Naan bread
  • Canned tomatoes or any kind of tomato sauce tbh
  • Mozarella
  • Any kind of cheese you want
  • Hard cheese
  • Fresh basil

Steps

  1. Tomato base: Make a layer of tomatoes on the Naan bread.
  2. Add mozarella: Cut up or tear thin slices of mozarella and cover the tomatoes.
  3. Add other cheeses: Add whatever cheese is in your fridge at the moment.
  4. Bake: Bake at 200˚C for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is properly melted.
  5. Top off Grate some hard cheese on the top and finish with some fresh basil.
