This is like a breakthrough in my life, I’ve always had to wait for hours to make a Naan just for it to be gone in seconds. This is literally the same satisfaction from a good, fluffy flatbread without needing to wait for any dough rising. I made the one in the picture in the shape of a heart, coz it was Valentine’s.

This is bread… Yup, pretty simple, just gotta wait 2 hours for it to rise. It’s good, it’s simple, its bread.

Berry Pancake Bread
This is a high protein pancake bread, that fills you up for a long time, and feels very satisfying, you can also make it into a portable glass container (oven-safe) and take it to work. This should be an okay portion for a sweet lunch (but of course you’re always gonna want more, because of how good it is).

Oat Coconut Cookies
These are delicious, 3 ingredient (base), crunchy oat cookies you can make in about 20 minutes, and eat them 10x quicker than that. It also only dirties one bowl and one utensil (fork most likely)
Waffles / Pancakes
This is a fairly light dinner (or breakfast) waffle recipe that’s about 300 calories and doesnt have added sugar in it ;-). Also this is in tablespoons coz no way I’m taking out a scale for waffles lol. You can also use the same recipe to make it into pancakes, the world’s your oyster ig.

This is another simple pasta recipe, It’s heavily inspired by Carbonara, but it has no guanciale. It can be messed up, but it still won’t taste bad if you do. The only downside is that you only use egg yolks, so you have extra egg whites.

This is a very simple pasta recipe. It’s easy, comforting, and always hits the spot. I usually make it with penne instead of spaghetti because I love penne lol. I call this my fancy depression meal.
